The update this week is about stepping back, to suppliment my income with a day-job, while I re-tool the system to break through the noise of convention. I talk a little bit about the resistance I've faced in the software industry around my conclusion that the existing tooling in sofware development is not suffifient.

Psychology comes up throughout the episode as I reflect about the mental health challenges that helped me think deeply about habbits that balance short-term and long-term solutions.
